- Golder Federal Services Mathematics Clinic, Claremont, CA. 1995-1996. Worked
toward developing a solution algorithm for contaminant transport problems in the
environment. Team Leader.
- Summerbridge San Diego, 1995. Taught Geometry, Leadership, and Computer Graphics
in a program for predominantly minority fifth and sixth grade students. Organized several
program-wide projects. Site program coordinated through the Teacher Education Program at
UCSD.
- Mills Summer Mathematics Institute, Berkeley, CA. 1994. Selected for
participation in seminar classes taught exclusively for women undergraduate mathematics
majors. Each seminar ended with a research project.
